Albert Marsden, General Manager

Albert was educated at Bayside School and obtained a BSc in Computer Science at Sheffield University. Employed as a programmer in Pascal and C in the UK before returning to Gibraltar to work with Norwich Union and Credit Suisse supporting their AS/400, RS6000 and OS/2 PCs. He programs in Sage (Retrieve) as well as performing his managerial duties.

Daniel Llamas, Software Development Manager

Danny was educated at Bayside School and was awarded a Commonwealth Scholarship to read for an MSc in Management Science with Computing at The University of Kent at Canterbury. He also holds a B.A. (Hons) in Business Information Technology from Coventry University and is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute. He joined the Bassadone Automotive Group (BAG) in 1996 and since then has gained extensive knowledge in leading software development tools. This includes the .Net Framework and Microsoft Transact-SQL. He manages all software development projects from inception to execution and leads a team of highly skilled developers.

Alvaro Cano, Systems Developer

Alvaro was educated in Spain, and obtained a BSc in Mathematics with a specialization in Operational Research at Granada University. He was employed as a Web and Software Developer in a couple of Spanish companies before moving to work with Systech. He possesses extensive knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL Server, ASP and PHP web pages.

Charles Santos, Systems Developer

Charles was educated at Bayside School and obtained a BSc hons in Computer Science at the University of Kent At Canterbury. First commenced employment as a systems support technician for a global accounting group, where he obtained an MCDST in Windows XP. He now works at Systech as a Systems Developer, and is working towards an MCTS certification for Web Programming, having recently obtained an MCTS and MCPD in Windows Programming.

Antonio Urban, Systems Administrator & Support Manager

Antonio was educated in Spain, where he acquired the Windows 2000 MCSE certification. He has been working in the IT department of a couple of multinational companies in Spain, before he moved to work with Systech in November 2002. Since then he has also achieved the Windows 2003 MCSE certification. He manages our internal network, and also coordinates the operations of our support team.

Zak Vallance, Systems Administrator

Zak is responsible for the maintenance of the Bassadone Groups Network and the installations of networked hardware/software.

He is one of a team of our in-house support department. Zak is also responsible for researching into new technologies and putting them into practice to keep our companies utilising the best available systems.

Joelle Vazquez, Systems Support Technician / Administration

Joelle was educated at Westside School and obtained her A’ Levels in Spanish and I.C.T at the Gibraltar College of Further Education. She is one of our in-house technicians, responsible for the day to day tasks and troubleshooting for the whole group of companies, and is responsible for Systech's sales and purchasing. She is the first point of contact for all customers, when you call Systech.

Carol Posso, Systems Support Technician

Carol was educated at Westside School and then moved to the Gibraltar College to completed her I.C.T A' Levels. She is currently carrying out a placement year with Systech as part of her University degree. She is reading towards a BSc in Information Technology Management for Business at Birmingham City University. Carol is a part of the support team dealing with day to day problems encounter by Systechs’ clients.

David Risso , Systems Administrator

David was educated at Bayside School and obtained a BSc. (Hons) in Computer Science from The University of Hertfordshire. He has worked in IT in the automotive industry for many years. He possesses an MCP in Microsoft Server technologies and is working toward obtaining an MCITP in SQL server technologies. He has wide and varied experience in Systems Administration and support.
